How about a pancake breakfast burger with bananas, smoked tofu and peanut butter?
20 pancakes of item no. 1301
750 g smoked tofu, crumbled
150 g peanuts
6 bananas
6 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp sesame paste
200 g peanut butter
2 garlic cloves
3 beef tomatoes, diced
1 head of iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
1 ½ cucumbers, sliced
2 red onions
150 g flour
3 tbsp mustard
a little sugar, salt and pepper
1. Finely chop one and a half bananas, onions and peanuts. Mix with flour, mustard, soya sauce, sesame paste, smoked tofu crumbs, salt and pepper and shape into 10 patties. Dust with a little flour and fry in oil.
2. Caramelise the sugar in a pan, slice the remaining bananas and add to the lightly browned sugar. Mix together and set aside.
3. Heat the pancake, then spread the peanut butter on top. Place the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, burger patties and caramelised bananas on the pancakes and top with another pancake.
