How about a sandwich toast with cheddar cheese, ham and potato crisps?
20 sandwich toasts, item no. 1605
400 g cheddar cheese in one piece
300 g pickled dill gherkins in a jar
200 g carrots
200 g Dijon mustard
400 g thinly sliced cooked ham
150 g potato crisps
1. Finely grate the cheese and the carrots.
2. Spread a thin layer of mustard onto the toast. Cover one slice of toast with cheese, ham, gherkins, crisps and carrot and place another slice of toast on top.
3. Toast in a contact grill or sandwich maker to the desired degree of browning or alternatively: Fry the toast in a pan with butter until golden brown.
4. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
