With this velvet spray made from cocoa butter, you can quickly and easily conjure up a velvet effect on your cakes and desserts.

Instructions:

Temper the velvet spray to 25°C so that the cocoa butter is liquid. Then spray onto chilled (preferably from the fridge) cakes and desserts.
