Optimum baking results every time: the special perforations on these trays ensure that bread rolls, baguettes and pretzels turn golden brown and crispy, entirely without the use of baking paper or release spray. The high-quality trays also have a robust non-stick silicone coating, which makes cleaning the oven trays much easier. However, we recommend using baking paper for pastries and snacks to avoid unnecessary soiling.
