EDNA Professional baking tray, PTFE, 60.0 x 40.0cm
Our high-quality trays are made of perforated and Teflon-coated aluminium.
You can achieve ideal baking results for bread rolls, loaves, baguettes and pretzels without having to use baking paper. However, the use of baking paper is recommended for snacks or pastries to prevent soiling.
