Our high-quality trays are made of aluminium, perforated and Teflon-coated. You can achieve ideal baking results for bread rolls, loaves, baguettes and pretzels by not using baking paper. However, the use of baking paper is recommended for snacks or pastries to prevent soiling.

Do not use detergents or sharp-edged objects for cleaning. Only clean the trays with warm water and a soft dishcloth or sponge.
