EDNA International GmbH (www.edna.de) produces and distributes frozen bakery products as well as fine and non-food goods for all sectors of the HoReCa and Bake-Off sectors. With more than 10,000 different items EDNA offers one of the largest full product ranges. From frozen bakery products, cakes, pies, delicacies and goods for further processing & refinement to branded equipment, the company covers all its customers' needs.

Throughout Europe, 40,000 customers are supplied annually with the extensive product range, which is constantly expanded by innovations. In doing so, the company is always oriented towards the market needs and provides a wide range of services for its customers. From the Service-Centre to personal advice from the field sales force and the unique online shop, all sales channels are kept open.

Today, three production sites as well as one subsidiary inside and three subsidiaries outside of Germany belong to the company, which employs around 600 people and supplies its customers throughout Europe in an uninterrupted and far-reaching frozen supply chain.

EDNA International GmbH works according to the HACCP concept and is certified according to DIN EN ISO 2200:2018, ISO 50001:2018 and IFS. With its organic certification, Edna is meeting the challenge of the market to work according to the rules defined in the EC Organic Regulation. In addition, EDNA is a member of the RSPO and can therefore trade in products with sustainable palm oil according to Segregation (SG).
