10 lemons
2 handfuls tomato flakes
2 bunches of basil
100 ml of oil
300 g green sliced olives in a jar
1,2 kg tuna
500 g lamb’s lettuce
500 g feta cheese
Salt & pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and steam bake for 15 minutes. (Note for combination steamers: start with a little steam, open the vent after 10 minutes' baking time).
Cut the ciabatta rolls in half.
Squeeze the lemons and chop the basil leaves. Mix together the lemon juice, tomatoes, oil and basil. Flavour with salt and pepper.
Spread the tomato-oil mixture on all the ciabatta halves.
Mix the olive slices with the tuna. Spread the mixture on the bottom halves of the ciabatta rolls.
Wash the lamb's lettuce, spin dry and spread over the tuna. Crumble the feta and sprinkle over the salad.
Place the tops of the ciabattas on top.
Tip: If you're feeling just a little peckish, you can easily divide up the tuna and ciabatta sandwich.
